Solera Emilian Raspberry Balsamic 12 Blend

Imported from Italy, aged to perfection and unlike any balsamic dressing you've every tasted. The raspberries, picked on the hills in the months of July and August when they are perfectly ripe, are crushed and left to ferment naturally. After being left to stand for a while, clear balsamic vinegar, aged in oak barrels, is added for the final stage of transformation. The result is a bright red, intensely fragrant raspberry vinegar. And the taste is so amazing! This dressing is excellent with red or white meat, game, bacon, salads, fish, mushrooms, fruit, desserts, ice cream, salads and fresh soft mild cheeses. Used by many top restaurants! Use sparingly, as a little goes a long way.
